Your writing is yours.
GlideProse is a writing tool. It exists to hold your words, organize them, and hand them back to you as a manuscript. This page explains exactly what it keeps, what it never touches, and how to erase all of it.

Who we are
GlideProse is published by NestCalc.ai LLC (Wyoming, USA), which is the controller of the data described here. You can reach us about anything on this page at support@nestcalc.ai.
What we collect
Two things about you, and one about what you've bought.
Your account. Your email address and a user id generated when you sign up. Both are required — they are how the app knows the work is yours, and they are used for app functionality and account management. Accounts are email and password, handled by Supabase Auth.
Your writing. The answers you speak, the prose GlideProse writes up from them, and any manuscript you import yourself (.docx, .txt or .md). This is stored in your account so it is there on your next device and your next session. Only you can read it.
How your speech is handled
When you talk to GlideProse, your device's own operating system does the transcription — the same speech service your keyboard's dictation key uses. GlideProse never receives, records, transmits or stores audio. Only the text your device produces ever reaches the app.
What your operating system does with that audio while it transcribes is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policy, not ours. We do not control it and we never see it.
Who processes your writing
To ask you the next question and to write up a chapter, the text of your project is sent to an AI model from Anthropic, through GlideProse's own server function. Two companies touch your data, both strictly as service providers acting on our instructions:
Supabase — hosts the database, the account system and that server function.
Anthropic — runs the model that conducts the interview and shapes your write-ups, under standard commercial API terms: your writing is not used to train models.
They are processors, not an audience. Your writing is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone for advertising or any other purpose. Traffic to both is encrypted in transit.
When you subscribe
GlideProse sells auto-renewing subscriptions, and they are sold through the App Store and Google Play. The store takes the payment. Your card number, your billing address and every other payment detail stay with Apple or Google — none of it reaches GlideProse, and there is nothing in the app that could receive it.
To know which plan you are on, GlideProse uses RevenueCat. It is a processor, the same way Supabase and Anthropic are above: it acts on our instructions and it is not an audience.
What it receives. The purchase token the store issues, which plan you bought, and an identifier for this installation of the app. It is also given the same user id your account already has, so a subscription follows your account to your next device instead of being stranded on one phone.
What it is for. Three things: making the app work, keeping purchases secure and preventing fraud, and managing your account. Nothing else.
It is not used for advertising, analytics, marketing or personalization, and none of it is sold or handed to anyone for their own purposes. A processor is not a third party.
Your plan changes how much the app will do for you. It never changes whose words these are: export is not gated on any plan, at any tier, ever.
What we do not collect
There are no advertisements in GlideProse and no advertising identifier. There is no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, calendar, messages, browsing history or health information. We never see your card or your payment details — see When you subscribe. The app does not track you across other apps or websites, and there is nothing in it that could.
Deleting everything
You can delete your account from inside the app, and it takes effect immediately: your account and every project, chapter, interview answer, write-up and imported draft are erased from our servers. It cannot be undone. Full instructions are on the Delete your account page linked below.
Changes to this policy
If what the app collects ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Questions, or a request about your data: support@nestcalc.ai.
